Processing Time Orders are processed within 1~3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Express Shipping: 5~10 business days — USD$30
International Shipping We ship to US, Canada, the EU, the UK, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@akense.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Non-Deliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
